Chronic Back Pain? - Pillow anyone?
I suffer from horrible chronic back pain. This is the result of AS and a head on encounter (at 45mph) with a Cadillac automobile while riding a motorcycle when I was in my late 20's. The caddie won BTW. I'm lucky (or not) to still be here.
About 2 years ago my favorite pillow died. The only replacement I found was a towel. Later reading about people with bad backs.. the doctors actually suggest patients use a towel vs. a pillow. Go figure huh?
