TERRIBLE customer service.
Purchased these towels. They are very soft. Unfortunately after 1 washing two of the towels had the side stitching come apart. Contacted seller but never received a response. Contacted Amazon and was told in essence, too bad. They did nothing to help. This company ships fast but apparently will not back up what they sell.

Soft and fluffy!
Great towels...I am always anxious about purchasing towels on line as I like towels that are fluffy and absorb the moisture from my hair and body. These are great, but not so bulky that they are hard to maneuver! I wasn't wild about the colors (sort of a sage green), but I don't have a BH&G bathromm anyway!!

Sage Towel Set
These towels were quite a bit brighter than the picture. Not exactly what I would call "sage". Since the color did not go with my bathroom decor I decided to return. The seller was great working with me since they were not exactly what I was expecting.
