Wonderful Value
I am very pleased with the quality of these hand towels. I need this color, which is hard to find nowadays, for my guest half-bath. The towels are a good weight and size, hemmed nicely, colorfast and a great value. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a package of 9 towels, instead of the advertised 8 towels. And, although I am a Prime member, I was amazed to receive this shipment in only one day without paying for one day shipping. Overall, great value for the money and I will definitely consider purchasing this "Superior" brand of towel again. It is a little mystifying, though, that these towels are listed as "Kitchen." They are not tea towels or dish towels, but rather, hand towels for the bathroom.

Good quality hand towel.
I purchased these towels for a guest bath. I really didn't need 8. But, the price was really good and I couldn't find any of a similar color at the usual places I shop. So, it was easier to order from Amazon than spend hours driving around town.

The fabric is a reasonable weight. This is NOT a cheapo towel that degrades in the first washes. I always judge a towel by the amount of lint in the first few drying cycles and these passed the test. They also seem to be holding their color well after the first few washes. The size is generous for a hand towel. So, they're very usable as guest bath hand towels.

No buyers remorse. I feel like I got my monies worth out of these towels.
Worth the price
After multiple washings, they remain absorbent and continue to look good. Shipping was quick, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the towels. We will buy a second set.

Plush and thick
For approximately $7 a pop, this 4 pack is a decent value considering they're generously sized and fairly plush. What I especially appreciate is they're available in some colors not as easily found at your big box discount store. I specifically bought these due to the measurements. Although most bathroom hand towels should be this size, I've encountered many brands that make them far smaller--nearly like what you'd expect from a kitchen hand towel. They didn't shed too badly in the dryer the first time around, and weren't wrinkly either...a plus! They're absorbent, soft, get the job done and are priced right. What more could you want?

A month later--

Edited to add: I've experienced some dramatic shrinking. I purchased these because they were so nice and generously cut. But after a few more tumbles in the dryer, they're drawing up unexpectedly fast. My beautiful grape colored towels are turning into raisins. So beware of your dryer settings--these don't hold up...

Stone is a nice light grey-beige, exactly as it appears on my screen
Color is exactly as described & shown. Stone is very neutral & would go nicely in most modern kitchens. A nice change from beige or white, without being as harsh as a black or charcoal-colored towel might be. The four hand towels I ordered/received are all thick, well-stitched, appear to be worth more than the cost paid out for them, and look rich. Nice that I was able to get a 4-pack of quality towels, rare to find anywhere when quality is high. A few loose threads existed here & there on the terry itself, but they were very short threads & easily trimmed, not a big deal at all. Have spent double the price on different brands before to get about the same quality as I got here. With Amazon Prime, shipping was free & I got the towels two days after ordering them, as promised. They were wrapped well, each had it's own tag, and the tag was quick & easy to remove from each towel. No excessive packing material, sticky labels or tags to cut off in hard-to-reach places. I'll use them purely...
Excellent product, annoying labels
These towels were beautiful and fluffy and everything I would want in a towel. My only problem was the label tags, which were pieces of plastic that caught on the nearby towels and even pulled out a thread in one towel. Except for those label tags, the towels were five-star.

My goal was to purchase plain, durable white towels made with honest craftsmanship at a reasonable price. To me, the idea of a 'hospitality towel' translated that perfectly.

We purchased (12) bath towels and (12) hand towels, and so far are extremely pleased.

When initially contemplating the purchase of these towels, I had a variety of concerns based on some of the feedback/comments I found here. I'd like to address those in an effort to be helpful to others.

One poster made some comments that these towels were rough and/or not soft enough. That spurrned an brief inter-family debate with my wife, who immediately complained that she 'didn't want to dry herself with sandpaper'. Fortunately, there were enough competing review to make those comments questionable, and we did order them. But to address that original posters comments -- I think he / she might've been trying to convey that these aren't the kind of towels you will find in the penthouse suite of...

High quality and very soft
I bought these towels after purchasing and liking Martex washcloths. These towels feel very soft on your skin, they are high quality and will not fray. The washcloths that are similarly constructed has been in daily use for a year and they still look and feel good. They are sized 16 in by 30 in.

P.S. When I was buying I did a bit of research on the manufacture and found that they also make washcloths and towels that are sold in Bed, Bath and Beyond. So that helped with the confidence that they will be decent quality. And they are!
Good towel for the gym
I have a membership at my local YMCA and they recently stopped providing towels. After doing some research, I decided to buy these and am pleased. They were a little bigger than I thought, but that's not a problem. These work great, and it is nice to have 12 of them to use between laundry loads.

The colored the coral design is perfect for my powder room. However I just gave it an ok rating because the coral design is "painted" on the towels . I thought they would be embroidered.

Pretty thin, probably not a good value
These are made in Canada, as I discovered, which is the good part.

The downside is that they're very thin -- hold one up to the light and you can see right through it! The terry cloth is pretty basic and thin. They're good enough for an occasional drying of hands in the kitchen, but plush these are not. I'm glad they were made in Canada rather than who knows where, but now that I have them, it seems like a lot of money for what you get. Seems like maybe they're worth a couple of bucks each at the most.

Don't know why it's so hard to find an inexpensive, good quality, thick, plain ol' hand towel for drying the hands in the bathroom or kitchen...

I use them for workouts- good for that purpose
I needed a set of white hand towels which would wipe up sweat from my brow quickly (nothing worse than a non-absorbent towel, and they do exist, unfortunately), aid me w/ a few stretches during my exercise routine (so they needed to be strong enough, and not too short), and wash/dry/fold/stack easily & quickly. These fit the bill just fine. They're not at all the finest towels I've ever felt, but I totally knew that going in. The price point is perfect for what you get. I got enough towels that I can change them daily (I'm a fiend about hygiene), and at a minimum cost to me. I don't have to hold these towels sacred, but they're pretty carefree to take care of. I wash them by themselves, in a mesh bag, on the delicate cycle, to avoid getting getting lint on them from any other items. I then "free them" from their wash bag for complete drying & no wrinkling, drying them on low for about 50 minutes. I fold them up immediately out of the dryer, and keep them on a shelf underneath my DVD...
Good Product
These towels are very adequate for ordinary use. They are not luxurious, but thick and soft, regardless. They wash very well, did not become misshapen, or shrink, and did not loose an excess of lint. They are quite adequate for daily use and I recommend them as good quality for the price.

Luxurious and practical
European-style waffle weave cotton bath towels are hard to find and often very expensive. While some people like thick, plush terry, others prefer the thinner and brisker spa-style waffle weave. This bath sheet is well made of first-quality fabric, and very generously sized. Waffle-weave towels should be washed before the first use so the waffles will pucker to the correct texture, perfect for a gently stimulating rubdown after bath or shower. These towels dry more quickly than terry, wear well over repeated washings, and store in less space. I've paid a good deal more for waffle weave towels of lesser quality--when I could even find them. After much searching, I was delighted to finally find this excellent towel available at such a reasonable price. If you want a thick, plush, velvety towel, this isn't for you; but if you like spa towels, you'll be well pleased.

Best bath towel I've ever had
I'll never go back to a heavy, difficult to control bath towel again. These towels are very high quality, and I've had some waffle weave towels for more than 20 years. They get a little gray over time, and the 100% cotton continues to shrink down in size. Luckily, these towels are generously sized to start with.
Great towels
I absolutely love these. They don't feel soft in the same way a regular towel does but they work so much better to get water off you. The larger version is really too large but the medium size is perfect for me to use as a regular towel.

Not sure how good it would be as a hair towel.

A Very Nice Solution For A Gym Towel
Mr. MVP needed gym towels for his inside bike. He gave me dimensions and these happened to be the the best price, had Amazon Prime and are 100% cotton. I wanted white because I can bleach them. These towels are very soft and fluffy. We use all natural soaps in our house and absolutely no fabric softeners. The towels came out of the washing machine and dryer without issue (some towels immediately start to pill). Mr. MVP has been using them for about two weeks and they still wash perfectly. They are the perfect size for a gym towel. I would buy them again!
