Amazon connected me to outside vendor for hard to find color
"Sublime" brand bath towels are thick, wonderfully absorbent, extra large, a little pricey, but worth it. After seeing this brand at a local linen shop I went through an extended search for a a set in one of their advertised (hard to find) colors. The only source, and the best price, were through Amazon's listing of a New York vendor, CassaDecor. The shipment came from their Florida warehouse. i was disappointed by the quality of three of the six items, which seemed to be seconds, and contacted their store by phone. The customer service provided was outstanding. I was offered money back, replacement, whatever I chose. My color scheme (newly remodeled bath) was crucial in my decision to send the defective towels to New York for inspection, and to wait to see if a second set from the Florida warehouse was in perfect condition. Can you get any cheaper looking?
The pictures do not tell a thousand workds on these items. Not the towels, not the bath mat. It looked like something your blind grandmother would sew together. The terry cloth is cheap and the "sparkles" are just silver disks, thrown onto a black cheap cloth then sewn on two sides. It was hiddeous. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

I am going to use these towels for decoration only, they look very chic not as thick as I would have liked them to be,but then again the slender fabric made it lay better on the racks in my bathroom. my bathroom looks like a rockstar.. it rocks with my black and rhinestoned accessories on the walls of my black and white bathroom walls, black sink and black toilet. I feel like a celebrity everytime I enter the room. Ahhhhh!!! Was thinking about buying the rugs but think I will add the color red instead to brighten things up!!
Great Decorative Towels!
Perfect accent piece for the Caprice bathroom set! The cotton is very soft.. the sequins are a bit scratchy on the hands but I don't plan to use them as actual bath towels.. They will be perfect to use as hand towels. I haven't washed them yet but I'm sure they will turn out great if I follow the wash instructions.

Simply Awesome!
I put these on a gift registry. I used them for the first time today, and here are my initial impressions. ****Dec 12 2010 update: I use these towels everyday. When I need a new one, I dig through the "others" in the linen closet to make sure I get one of these.

Delivery & Gift packaging: Superb. Arrived on the exact day I was expecting them. Beautiful & sturdy cardboard gift boxes that I'll definitely use again. Each set (bath, hand, & washcloth) was wrapped in a plastic bag inside an individual box. I didn't notice a strong smell, and didn't really care because of course things like this should be washed before their first use.

First time through the washer: I followed the care instructions, which recommend gentle cycle, cold water. As with anything new, I washed them separately so I can't comment on whether the colors bled. I haven't figured out if the slight odor is from the towels or the new brand of detergent my wife just got. Will have to update...

Well made but not to our taste
These bamboo towels are very well made, the dyes have held, the stitching is great, I have nothing to complain about as regards their design or manufacture. But it turns out that my wife and I don't like bamboo towels as well as traditional cotton towels. I fully believe that other people absolutely love them. Here are the attributes that you will either love, or not: They are perhaps 1/3 as thick as cotton towels, yet weigh the same; they are much more dense. Because of that density, they have an _unbelievable_ amount of "drape" to them, in the same way that a very expensive dress or pair of pants does; they hang off your body and pull towards the floor. They are silky soft, and somehow that silky softness means that, although they dry as well as cotton towels, they do not "feel" as thirsty.

That's it. It turns out that bamboo towels are not for everybody, even independent of price. If you know you like bamboo towels, then by all means, buy these.
Bamboo Towel Set
I was a little concerned when I opened the box and saw the towel set all "squished" in one of those "suck-all-the-air-out" type bags, and they had that "plastic" smell too. So...I stuck them in the dryer for just a few minutes on air only with a dryer sheet and they came out great! I packaged them up and wrapped them as a wedding gift for the lucky couple! They loved them! Have not only gotten a lovely thank you note from the bride (her Mama brought her up right) but an e-mail as well! Now if they only came in bath sheet size...that would make them PERFECT! LOL!

Good but needs improvement!
I loved being able to get a set likes this though I think some of the description is misleading. You do get 19 pieces but it should really read as a 8 piece set because counting every ring of the shower curtain is not neccessary and it gives a misleading description thinking you are getting more than you are.

The shower curtain was cool, but the sewing job was very weak in one spot and im worried that spot my follow apart within a couple of months. The shower curtain should come with a vynel backing as they are not very expensive but it didin't come with anything so I was forced to use my former flower, vynel backing I had with my other shower curtain which doesn't match very well. I will have to go to the store to get a new one soon. The rings of the shower curtain are rather dull and black. All they are, is dark green plastic circles with black material sewn on, and sewn on with very shoddy workmanship. As a person who does sewing myself, they could have been done better...

HORRIBLE! Nothing like posted.
After receiving the product I was very disappointed, The rugs were extremely small, the shower curtain was short. The bath accessory set does not match the product its not off white its more of a peach. The hooks were merely green shower hooks covered in poorly sewn black fabric and two were broken. I posted a negative review to which I was received an email - i was told if I remove the review I could return it but i had thrown away the crappy shower hooks. So they offered me I think 20% of the price or something a long those lines, I removed the review and they never contacted me again. This was thee worst shower set I have gotten and it is not 19 pieces its 7 pieces along with the 12 shower hooks. Do not waste your money on this product.

NOT TOO BAD~
So, I've got to say this wallpaper border is VERY attractive! It is of decent quality but there were three issues I did not care for = the 3 star rating.
1. The pre-pasted adhesive did not work well at all. I have experience working with these materials and it continued to peel/bubble up. I had to use Elmer's Glue All applied with a sponge brush over the entire surface of the border after spraying it with water for flexibility.

2. The rolls did not match in width. This was a huge pain since it was a small room. I needed a little over 3 rolls and all 4 rolls were different widths! That's crazy to try to even up! I ended up using a razor blade to even it out as best I could, but it was hard. I would have preferred them to be within an 1/8 of an inch- but they were not.

3. Because of the above 2 issues, I felt the rolls were overpriced. If the border had performed as advertised without additional adhesive having to be purchased and the rolls had been...

Huge and comfortable and absorbent. I really like the color, but I bought them for my girlfriend, who thinks they're closer to mint colored rather than sage. A little brighter than we originally thought they'd be, but so good we don't care.

A man sized towel
These towels are HUGE! and thick and really nice. I have been looking for larger towels in some of the local stores but they either weren't big enough or they were too expensive. These were actually larger than I expected and the price was reasonable. they looked a little thin when they arrived, but once they were laundered, they were much thicker. An really nice towel.

Plush and thick
For approximately $7 a pop, this 4 pack is a decent value considering they're generously sized and fairly plush. What I especially appreciate is they're available in some colors not as easily found at your big box discount store. I specifically bought these due to the measurements. Although most bathroom hand towels should be this size, I've encountered many brands that make them far smaller--nearly like what you'd expect from a kitchen hand towel. They didn't shed too badly in the dryer the first time around, and weren't wrinkly either...a plus! They're absorbent, soft, get the job done and are priced right. What more could you want?

A month later--

Edited to add: I've experienced some dramatic shrinking. I purchased these because they were so nice and generously cut. But after a few more tumbles in the dryer, they're drawing up unexpectedly fast. My beautiful grape colored towels are turning into raisins. So beware of your dryer settings--these don't hold up...

Stone is a nice light grey-beige, exactly as it appears on my screen
Color is exactly as described & shown. Stone is very neutral & would go nicely in most modern kitchens. A nice change from beige or white, without being as harsh as a black or charcoal-colored towel might be. The four hand towels I ordered/received are all thick, well-stitched, appear to be worth more than the cost paid out for them, and look rich. Nice that I was able to get a 4-pack of quality towels, rare to find anywhere when quality is high. A few loose threads existed here & there on the terry itself, but they were very short threads & easily trimmed, not a big deal at all. Have spent double the price on different brands before to get about the same quality as I got here. With Amazon Prime, shipping was free & I got the towels two days after ordering them, as promised. They were wrapped well, each had it's own tag, and the tag was quick & easy to remove from each towel. No excessive packing material, sticky labels or tags to cut off in hard-to-reach places. I'll use them purely...
Excellent product, annoying labels
These towels were beautiful and fluffy and everything I would want in a towel. My only problem was the label tags, which were pieces of plastic that caught on the nearby towels and even pulled out a thread in one towel. Except for those label tags, the towels were five-star.

Pretty good
When it arrived at my door, I looked at the size of the package and thought that it was probably going to be low quality but I was pleasantly surprised. They got it into a pretty small package but the quality of the set is pretty good. The rugs are sturdy and the shower curtain is as well. The only thing I don't like much is how the trim is put onto the towels but considering they're just for decoration it's not a deal breaker. For the price you can't beat the deal.

I had a problem with the shower curtain having 13 holes! I wrote to the company and they immediately sent me a new one. GLADLY!
They were extremely courteous and helpful. The quality of the product is good, the rugs are sturdy and the curtain is attractive. For the price, everything was as expected. AGAIN, WHAT SERVICE!!

Gorgeous and perfect size
Beautiful, small wastebasket. The best news is, Sterlite makes a square storage container that fits Perfectly into this wastebasket as a liner. I have the wastebasket, toothbrush holder and soap dispenser and it is a very classy looking set.

Gorgeous and Functional!
The waste basket is gorgeous with the silver texturing on two sides. The entire container is textured in a difficult to clean material... so definitely be careful of what you clean this with so it doesn't get stuck or shed onto the container. That is helpful advice to know. It matches the rest of the Caprice Bathroom products perfectly... great addition to my decor! : )

LOVE these towels
I bought these in a different color but am posting this here as well, I was leary to buy them without any ratings but couldn't be happier!

I'm really tickled with these towels, for the price you can't do any better. They're super thick and heavy but not scratchy and rough like some heavy towels are. They're also no super soft but I've washed them three times and each time they get a bit softer. The only downside is they came wrapped in this foul smelling plastic. It took 3 washed to get the smell out of the towels. Shipping was super fast, even to me overseas I had them in a week. I got them in olive and the color is a bit darker than shown, also less grey, but I like it better than the picture...Couldn't be happier!
